**Job Description**

**Position Summary:**

The BA / BI Developer is responsible for gathering business requirements and delivering high-quality Power BI reporting solutions aligned with enterprise data platforms, including Redshift, Databricks, Athena, and governed semantic models. The role supports the quantitative and qualitative analysis of key performance metrics and transforms operational data into actionable insights to inform business decision-making.

The incumbent works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure consistent metric definitions, data quality, scalable reporting solutions, and adherence to enterprise IT and data governance standards.
