Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership (Primary - 80%) Requirements Elicitation & Management Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users, government officers, and vendors. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements. Produce high-quality artifacts (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mappings, interface specs). Ensure requirements traceability from business needs to implementation and testing. Manage requirement changes within governance and change control processes. Stakeholder Management Engage senior and demanding stakeholders confidently and professionally. Facilitate requirement workshops and resolve conflicting priorities. Act as the bridge between business users, technical teams, system integrators, and project management. Ensure business alignment before development starts to reduce rework and ambiguity.
