BaaS GTM Manager

This role sits at the intersection of fintech sales, partnerships, and infrastructure growth, focusing on driving commercial success for a rapidly expanding Banking-as-a-Service offering. You will own the full go-to-market and sales cycle, from sourcing and qualifying high-value prospects to closing complex B2B partnership deals. Acting as the main commercial point of contact, you will work closely with internal product, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to shape tailored financial infrastructure solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of both traditional payments systems and emerging crypto and Web3 ecosystems.
