- ANM qualification with certification or diploma in nursing or relevant field, demonstrating expertise in child care and safety.

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in babysitting, nursing, or a related child care discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with children and parents alike.
- Proven ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring the children's safety at all times.
- Knowledge in child development and educational methods to foster an engaging learning environment.
- Patience and empathy to understand and manage the emotional and developmental needs of children.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling, meal preparation, and activity planning.
- Must have a friendly and approachable demeanor to build trust with children and their families.
