Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Mid-Level Back-End Web Developer to join our internal engineering team. In this role, you will move beyond basic CRUD operations to design and implement complex server-side logic and sophisticated database architectures. You will be a key contributor to our core systems, responsible for ensuring that our applications are secure, performant, and highly scalable.
The ideal candidate is a PHP/Laravel specialist who understands the why behind the code. You will take ownership of the back-end ecosystem, from API design to server-side optimization, and play a critical role in mentoring junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability.
