About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Administrator to join our team at Nidec Motor Philippines Corporation. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will provide quality & efficient administrative support to the Elevator business units. Identify improvements, but not limited to support, process and maintain coordination within the department
What you'll be doing
Provide support for customer service, administration and engineering activities such as but not limited to:
Preparing & creating quotes for internal & external customers
- Consolidate prints, submittals & documentation
- Check order accuracy, maintain sales records & reports
Manage drop shipments, shipment manufacturers/contractors, track & communicate shipment information
Works as back-up in handling or coordinating day-to-day crisis (support tools/system downtime or any operational issues)
