Back Office Investment Representative (CSC/Canadian Securities Course)

Position Overview
Our client, one of Canada’s leading financial institutions, is seeking an Investment Processing Administrator to join its Investment Processing team in downtown Toronto area.
Please note this role is IN OFFICE 4 days a week - and remote 1 day a week. This is non negotiable.
This position has been opened to support increased peak-season volumes and will focus on day-to-day operational processing within a strictly back-office environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring investment-related transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with internal procedures and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

+ Process investment-related transactions, including withdrawals, transfers, and other administrative requests, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
