Job Description

Division : Operations

Role

  • Instruct free of payment transfer to the respective Transfer agent according to the Transfer rules/policy.
  • Ensure the transfers are booked correctly on MFEX and Transfer agent side within the given timeframe
  • Assist in any queries from the client, counterparty or MFEX internal team
  • Perform correction transfers for any discrepancies that reported by reconciliation team
  • Liaising the counterparty for more info and document related for the transfer
  • Investigate and identify the issue on pending transfers report from the TA
  • To ensure daily follow up with the Transfer Agent and reporting to the client service
  • To ensure all shares breaks assigned to Transfer team is being actioned accordingly
  • Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of industry experience related to financial services operations with understanding of investment operations and operational excellence.
