Backend Engineer (Efficiency Engineering) - Singapore

Responsibilities Develop and optimise the backend logic of the company's internal systems Build and maintain the efficiency engineering platform, improving business quality and productivity through tooling and process improvements Collaborate closely with product managers and QA to ensure product quality and development velocity Continuously refactor and optimise internal system architecture to improve stability and scalability Qualifications 3+ years of backend development experience, or a strong fresh graduate Proficient in at least one backend language and its common frameworks - Golang, Java, Python, or PHP Familiar with both relational and non-relational databases Detail-oriented and technically driven, with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and solid problem-solving ability Bonus Points Keen on engineering efficiency, user experience, system performance, or information security Able to develop across multiple languages Experience building internal systems (e.g...
