We’re hiring a Backend Engineer – Platform (Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, Scalable Systems) to help build the backend foundations of VoiceStack, an AI-powered enterprise phone system for healthcare. Our backend systems process millions of events and API interactions, where performance, data design, and reliability actually matter. You’ll work on shared backend services, database and performance optimization, and platform capabilities that power the entire product - not on UI or feature-heavy work.
