The Backend Onboarding Executive will be responsible for verifying merchant documents uploaded to the system, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our merchant onboarding process and supporting smooth activation of services.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
Review and verify contracts submitted by the sales team to ensure compliance with company regulations, standards, and operational guidelines.
Ensure all merchant onboarding submissions are accurate and complete, with correct information set up prior to the merchant going live.
