Backend Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly experienced Backend Operations Manager to fully own order fulfillment, customer support operations, and performance tracking.

This is not an entry-level role. You should already know how to run operations, manage suppliers, and reduce refunds & disputes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end
  order fulfillment
  (single supplier, automated system)
• Monitoring deliveries and fixing issues
  before customers complain
• Direct supplier communication and escalation
• Customer support oversight (emails, complaints, refunds, chargebacks)
• Identifying problem products and operational risks
• Reducing
  refund rates, dispute rates, and delays
• Weekly KPI reporting (delivery, refunds, disputes, response times)

What we're looking for

• Serious experience
  in backend operations / fulfillment / support
• Strong analytical mindset (KPIs, dashboards, patterns)
