Backend Process Engineer

Job Description:

• Will perform process engineering job on backend processes specifically on encapsulation, metal can sealing/welding, tape and reel and final visual inspection.
• Process optimizations and qualifications.
• Review and revise manufacturing documentations.
• Qualify operators , new machines, new processes.
• Improve yield.
• Perform investigation on production line issues, drives resolution and corrective actions.
• Provide disposition on non-conforming products/materials.
• Provide in-depth analysis on process issues especially when it comes to encapsulation and other processes which require analysis relating to material interactions and able to provide effective resolutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Material Science Engineering or equivalent course.
• Preferably licensed engineer but not required.
• With at least two years of relevant work experience.
