Description

• Lead a team responsible for conducting comprehensive background verifications for new hires.
• Ensure that all checks are conducted in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Review and evaluate background check results, providing insights on candidates.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline the verification process and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and compliance in background checking.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Experience Level: 1 year and above
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Background Verification, Background Checking, Recruitment, Screening, and Verification
