Backhoe Operator - FAC

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED BACKHOE OPERATOR to join our team for the 2026 road construction season. This position operates on a 6 day work week (Monday - Saturday with the occasional Sunday) with a shift of 8 - 12 hours a day,

This is a full time seasonal position that offers a competitive wage with benefits.

Requirements:

The primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure “pre-trips” and all Daily Equipment Checklists are completed daily and any equipment concerns are addressed to your foreman.
• Complete all daily maintenance on equipment required for continued safe functioning.
