Job Description

Softlink Construction and Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced Backhoe Operator to operate heavy equipment for construction projects. The candidate must be skilled, safety-conscious, and able to follow site instructions and project requirements.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate or vocational training
• With at least 1 year experience as a Backhoe Operator
• With valid Heavy Equipment Operator (Backhoe) certification / NC II
• Experience in construction and excavation works
• Knowledgeable in basic equipment inspection and maintenance
• Physically fit and safety-oriented
• Willing to be assigned to project sites
