Backlink Manager (SEO Agency)

We’re a revenue-focused search marketing agency that builds a high volume of backlinks every month for ecommerce and service-based clients. We have proven systems in place and are looking to hire an experienced Backlink Manager to help us scale.

This is not an entry-level role. We are only considering candidates with direct backlink experience .

What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing and overseeing backlink production across multiple campaigns
• Reviewing and approving backlink opportunities (guest posts, niche edits, outreach-based links, etc.)
• Ensuring backlink quality standards are consistently met
• Managing backlink builders and vendors
• Tracking backlink status (live, pending, lost) and reporting
• Managing backlink budgets and cost efficiency
• Improving processes, quality control, and scalability over time
