Backstage Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Use the game backend management system to adjust and maintain game-related data according to operational needs;

Regularly check the correctness and stability of system data to ensure the safety of backend operations;

Assist the operations team in performing daily tasks such as event configuration, player compensation, and troubleshooting;

Organize backend operation documents and process specifications, and assist in improving the backend management system.

Job requirements:

Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day;

Proficient in computer operation, able to quickly learn and master the internal management system;

Work conscientiously and responsibly, meticulously and rigorously, and have good execution and teamwork skills;

Must be proficient in English and be able to accurately understand operational instructions and operating instructions;
