We at LAN IT 24 are currently Looking for Backup Administrator for Following Locations Warsaw and Gdansk Poland Start:- ASAPFull time (Mon-Fri/40 hour ) Full Time

Tasks :- 
Lead a team of Backup Administrators and provide Production Support.
Handle escalated incidents and critical tickets.
Anticipate and Predict Risks / Impact on Production Environment and handle Major Changes.
Design, Migration, and upgradation of existing Backup Infrastructure.
Analyze, customize, and optimize data protection infrastructure to meet RTO and RPO requirements.
Periodic and scheduled reporting of backup success rates/KPI metrics.
Ensure compliance with client and organization processes and policies.
Patching and Upgrade of Backup software and hardware.
Conduct annual data protection assurance assessments.
Pro-active analysis and avoidance of data backup and recovery failures.
Create, edit, delete, and optimize automation jobs.
