Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Backup Executive specialized in enterprise-grade backup solutions across multiple platforms. It focuses on the strategic management and technical health of backup solutions. You will ensure data protection and recovery using VEEAM & NetBackup. This role involves monitoring backup jobs, troubleshooting failures, performing system maintenance, and participating in disaster recovery drills.
Responsibilities:
System Administration: Manage and maintain the health of Veeam Backup & Replication and Veritas NetBackup (Master/Media servers).
Backup & Recovery Operations: Execute daily backup schedules, monitor job success rates, and perform complex restores (Instant VM Recovery, granular file-level recovery, and database restores).
