Job Description

What is the point of this role?
You’ll be joining our highly collaborative Commvault Infrastructure team, engineers will be involved in the support, troubleshooting and configuration of backups across a range of servers & solutions. In addition to this, candidates will support the team and projects through automation and scripting capabilities to bring additional value to the backups function. Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of backup technologies and supporting/configuring backups.
What will I be doing?
Acting as a 3rd line escalation point for technical teams and Associate Engineers within the team
Improving platform efficiency/integrations via automation, scripting & RESTful API’s
Working on key project implementations
Maintain good interdepartmental relationships with other technical and commercial teams through regular interaction and collaboration.
