Baggage Delivery Coordinator

BROAD SCOPE

• The candidate will serve as on-site coordinator between the client and company. He/She will ensure the continuous and timely delivery of baggage to passengers by communicating directly to Client and Trucker.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive pre-alerts from Shippers/Agents and check them for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures timely creation of delivery summary in google sheet.
• Timely delivery update in google sheet; coordinates to Trucker regularly.
• Prepares shift's transaction report and update Internal Details sheet progressively (running file for billing validation) MAKE SURE ALL DETAILS ARE CAPTURED CORRECTLY.
• Provides daily Delivery Monitoring report to Client; (Template still subject for strict control modification, we may send to Client after then.)
• Monitor the submission of manifest of Agents to Customs.
