Baggage Lead

As a Baggage Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of baggage for our airline. Your primary responsibility will be to drive baggage carts, load baggage onto aircrafts, and dispatch baggage to their respective flights. You will be working closely with a team of baggage handlers and will be responsible for overseeing their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive baggage carts to transport baggage to and from the aircrafts
• Load baggage onto aircrafts according to weight and balance requirements
• Ensure all baggage is properly tagged and labeled for the correct destination
• Coordinate with ground crew and flight attendants to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of baggage
• Monitor and track the movement of baggage to ensure it reaches the correct flight
• Communicate any issues or delays to the Baggage Supervisor
