Job Description
- Review backlogs and pending jobs.
- Approve and sign Daily Bagmaking Production Report to monitor each machine's efficiency and wastages.
- Receive direct instructions from the Plant Manager and Production Manager and give clear feedback.
- Receive and review the approved Job Order (J.O.) / specification sheet, maintain it on file, and assures its completion in the shortest possible run, and in good quality.
- Clarify the approved J.O. / specification sheet with Senior Production Analyst and Plant/Production Manager if product to run is new or old structure and/or for revise.
- Disseminate / cascade clear information, dispositions and special instructions to Bagmaking Chief Foreman, Assistant Foreman, and Supervisor.
- Monitor Bagmaking procedures and work instructions if they are being followed by his personnel.
- Supervise concurrent production run and assist his personnel for in need of troubleshooting.
