About the Role
We're looking for Telemarketing Executives to join our client's project in Ara Damansara.
This is a 2-year contract role with structured training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote products/services.
Engage customers, explain offerings, and answer inquiries.
Update call records accurately in CRM.
Meet daily/weekly sales and call targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.
Job Details
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Training: 1 week (provided)
Customer Base: Local (Malaysia)
Interview Process: Operations interview only (no client interview)
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
