Job Description

Job Summary:
UCSI Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate BM (Bahasa Melayu)  to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking in both languages. The successful candidate will foster a love for language and literature while supporting students’ academic achievement and personal growth within an internationally-minded school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Bahasa Melayu and English (Lower and/or Upper Secondary) aligned with the school’s curriculum framework (e.g., Cambridge IGCSE, national curriculum, or equivalent).
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that strengthen students’ language proficiency, grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, and literary analysis.
