Baker and Confectioner

We are looking for a talented Confectioner to join our busy in-store bakery. The ideal candidate must be passionate about creating high-quality cakes, pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats that delight our customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a confectioner/pastry chef.
• Skilled in producing cakes, tarts, pastries, biscuits, and desserts to a high standard.
• Creativity in designing and decorating cakes for special occasions.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Flexibility to cover bread baking and general bakery duties when our baker is off.
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
