Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries, including sourdough, danish pastries, and European-style bread
• Assist in daily baking production according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support the head baker and team with daily tasks

Requirements (for Baker position):

• Minimum 1 year of relevant baking experience
• Knowledge and skills in sourdough, danish pastries, and European-style bread
• Passion for baking and willingness to learn
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

What We Offer:

• Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,500 (based on experience)
