We are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker with a strong understanding of laminated and enriched doughs. This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods and thrives in a team-focused bakery environment.
Production is fast-paced, and while shifts are 8 hours, the team works until the day’s production is complete. On busier days, everyone works together to ensure targets are met.
 
Duties

Preparing laminated and enriched dough products, including pastries and specials
Managing the full production process from dough preparation to baking
Working to established recipes and production schedules
Assessing dough readiness and adjusting processes accordingly
