Job Description
We seek to employ a Baker experienced in scaling and baking from scratch, of pastry, sponge or sweet treats and other confectionery.
Is able to fulfil production demands and is all knowledgeable in all aspects of the production process, from selecting ingredients, to mixing, baking and decorating.
You must be creative have good piping ability and decorating.
You must be able to operate ovens, cook confectionery items, and use specialized equipment.
Decorate and finish including glazing, garnishing, and decorating by piping of cakes, pastries, and other confectionery with icing, frosting, chocolate, and other toppings.
