As a Baker in our premium supermarket, your mission is to deliver an exceptional bakery experience that reflects our commitment to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of artisanal breads, pastries, and other baked goods with precision, consistency, and creativity.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and close the bakery section daily
• Bake fresh breads and pastries as needed
• Keep shelves and displays full and inviting
• Check product quality and report any issues
• Make sure prices and labels are accurate
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment
• Use FIFO / FEFO practices to manage freshness
