Baker

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and bakery products according to standard recipes.
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and correctly.
• Ensure all ingredients are weighed accurately and all processes follow the established SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and bakery area at all times.
• Manage bakery ingredient stock, perform regular checks, and report any shortages.
• Ensure every product is consistent in appearance, taste, and quality before being sold.
• Assist in new menu R&D when required.
• Comply with food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in bakery production is an added advantage.
• Able to work early morning shifts and follow operational requirements.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently.
