FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, and under the direct supervision of the Chef De Partie- Baker, this position is responsible for contributing to customer delight by cooking and preparing cakes, pies, and other desserts and pastries as required.

Job Responsibilities:

FOOD PREPARATION
Assures the preparation of all pastry food products.
Follows menus and procedures as detailed in the Standard Recipes.
Ensures the correct use of food items for proper rotation.
Checks the quality of and labels items prepared.

Promote customer delight by ensuring smooth operations.
Performs maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special guest requests.

Provides efficient service to guests.
Follows service procedures.

Ensures that all equipment are properly used and maintained.
