About the role

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team at Good Pastry Café in Greenhills, San Juan City. As a Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This is a full-time role, and you will be an integral part of our successful café operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders
2. Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods
3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
5. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries or requests
