Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and related products based on approved recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate ovens, mixers, and baking equipment in line with safety standards.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Ensure freshness, taste consistency, and visual presentation of all baked items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control policies at all times.
• Manage daily production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of raw materials and supplies.
• Minimize waste through proper portioning and storage practices.
• Support team coordination during peak production hours.
• Perform other baking-related tasks as assigned by management.
