Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough according to Lutong King standards
• Handle daily baking or steaming operations (puto, bread, dough-based items)
• Ensure consistent texture, taste, and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the baking area
• Assist in ingredient preparation and inventory control
• Follow standard recipes and production schedules
