Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Baker to prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and baked goods while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and baked products according to recipes
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of baked items
• Monitor baking times and temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area
• Control ingredient usage and minimise wastage
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
• Assist in stock monitoring and daily bakery operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker or similar role preferred
