Pace Academy is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Talayan Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a variety of breads and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders
2. Measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and monitoring product quality throughout the baking process
3. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bakery production area
4. Collaborating with the wider culinary team to develop new recipes and product ideas
5. Maintaining detailed records of production, inventory, and quality control
