Baker Team (Danish)

To support daily bakery production by preparing, baking, and handling bakery products according to company recipes, quality standards, hygiene requirements, and production SOP.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bakery production according to production schedule
• Prepare ingredients, dough, fillings, and toppings as per approved recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely
• Monitor baking process to ensure product quality, taste, and consistency
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Support senior bakers in production tasks and ad-hoc duties
• Minimize wastage and report any production issues to supervisor
• Comply with company policies, SOP, and discipline rules
