At Baker Tilly, we are seeking a People & Culture Consultant who will provide end-to-end payroll solutions and comprehensive HR consulting to our clients. This role encompasses crucial responsibilities such as payroll accuracy, employee lifecycle management, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping effective HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and timely
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders on payroll issues
• Assist in compensation changes and benefits administration
• Lead HR consulting projects and develop policies
• Create and maintain workforce reporting metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or relevant field
