bakery assistant

We are looking for Chinese and Malay candidate.

Able to work independently without supervision.

Assist bakers in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings.

Measure, mix, and weigh ingredients according to recipes.

Operate and clean bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, slicers, etc.).

Support with baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods.

Help decorate cakes, pastries, or specialty items (as trained).

Maintain cleanliness of workstations and comply with food safety standards.

Package and label baked goods for sale or delivery.

Monitor stock of baking supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.

Receive and store ingredient deliveries following hygiene protocols.

Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned
