Position Summary
Your job as the Bakery Lead focuses on assisting with the daily operations of the Bakery Department, providing friendly and courteous customer service, and supervising the Bakery Team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers, and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner.
Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of bakery menu, products, and services.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of the financial needs of the Bakery Department.
Assists in the supervision, delegation of tasks, and development of the Bakery Team in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Manager.
