Job Scope: Manage and oversee daily bakery operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity Forecast inventory and product stock accurately for daily production and retail/B2B sales to meet demand Ensure compliance with all legal health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe bakery environment Develop and manage work schedules and train new hires to build a professional retail team Foster a positive and safe work environment and mediate staff conflicts effectively when needed Collaborate with the Head Baker and Head of Marketing to suggest and implement new product launches Partner with Senior Management to support business development and operational improvements Monitor current food trends and incorporate relevan...
