Job scope

1. Lead the establishment and commissioning of a new bakery plant, including installation of production lines, utilities, and compliance with safety and food standards (HACCP, ISO22000).
2. Oversee daily operations across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and consistent product quality.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and monitor key performance indicators (OEE, yield, downtime, production costs).
4. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
