Bakery Production Staff

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Assist with the set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines

Education and Training

• At least a high school graduate, with or without experience. Can handle pressure, fast learner, and team player.
• Should have completed at least secondary education. Competent enough to fluently and clearly express concepts and ideas orally and in writing.
• Preferably have been oriented on GMP and 5S systems

Technical Requirements/Skills

• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be analytical and with strong leadership skills.
• Should be capable of dealing with all personnel at all levels of the organization.
