Bakery Wrapper

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service. 
• Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items. 
• Moves product filled oven racks. Un- trays product from baking pans  onto packaging. Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements; stacks used baking pans on pan dollies.
• Scales finished products and records on weight verification sheets.
• Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or wrapping machine according to merchandise manual.
• Used racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets. Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day.
• Assists with other bakery duties as needed.
