The Baking Assistant is responsible for assisting clients or customers in baking and decorating cakes and pastries.
Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure the clients or customers will be given all their needs during their baking session.
Provide accurate information about the baking tools, ingredients and baking procedure to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide solution and feedback if problems occur during the baking session
Provide baking tips to the clients
Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Qualifications
College Level or Certificate Course related to Food or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in baking, baking assistant, customer service, service crew, or related work experience in the food industry
