Baking Assistant - SM Megamall

POSITION: BAKING ASSISTANT / BAKING COACH

TheBaking Assistant / Baking Coach is responsible for assisting clients or customers in baking and decorating cakes and pastries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the clients or customers will be given all their needs during their baking session.
• Provide accurate information about the baking tools, ingredients and baking procedure to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide solution and feedback if problems occur during the baking session
• Provide baking tips to the customers
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

Qualifications

• College Level or Certificate Course related to Food or equivalent
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in baking, baking assistant, customer service, service crew, or related work experience in the food industry
