Within our entity Lesaffre Kenya, you will ensure product quality and support innovation by conducting baking tests, monitoring performance, handling non-conformities, and providing technical support for new product development.

Your missions :
Running yeast comparative test

Carrying out baking test from time to time for bread improvers, mixes, and release agents to ascertain the quality of the final product before release to the market

Reporting any non-conformance or deviations in analysis and baking test

Maintaining records and preparing statistical reports to evaluate quality performance and sharing with respective department

Maintaining high hygiene standards in baking lab

Suggesting any ideas for continuous improvement in baking lab and process in general

Dealing with complaint and preparing report to respective department
