Job Description

To support the full reconciliation process including providing Balance Sheet reconciliation/account analysis and identifying enhancements to reconciliations, analysis and underlying processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Finance Operation Centre in construction of the Regional Finance Operation Centre team where required.
Ensuring all applicable countries reconciliations are fully and successfully transitioned to the Centre
Carry out steady state tasks to ensureThe Blackline reconciliation system is fully and accurately populated with necessary dataReconcile all selected accounts to levels that comply with Chubb’s reconciliation policy and general accounting principalsConstruct analysis sheets to support the reconciliationsProvide expert commentary and findings on the analysis and communicate with in-country finance teams in regard to actions and timings
Submit quarterly assignment status report to the country finance team.
